Vision

The vision for Mindful Garden is to offer a beautiful, welcoming, and calming space to allow our clients to step away from busy schedules to take time for self-care. We do more than offer services, we offer experiences. All experiences are focused on the practice of mindfulness. We engage all the senses to encourage our clients to focus on the present moment being as they are at that time. Allowing them to let go for just a little while. Clients will always find a FREE smile at Mindful Garden! Connecting with positive people and smiling not only offers a mood boost but also offers several health benefits. The Mindful Garden team is excited to create a sanctuary for EVERYONE. We believe it is time to get out of isolation and reconnect as a community by trying something new. Each team member brings their own special flair to the experiences they offer.

Hello! I have been married for 30 years to my high school sweetheart. We have a daughter and son in college. My mother is retired and lives with us. I am not a massage therapist or a yoga instructor. I am actually an IT professional who works remotely. I have always had a passion for bringing people together but just didn't know how. I had often thought about starting my own business but I didn't know what type. I love getting massages and being pampered if just for a little while. I find peace in nature and tend to manage my stress and anxiety by engaging all of my senses to help ground me. I am on my journey of learning how to practice mindfulness in everything I do. I feel I am not the only one on this journey so I opened Mindful Garden. I believe people need people, hugs can heal and old fashioned conversations over tea can reignite that fire within. One smile leads to another smile. One act of kindness leads to another act of kindness. And so on. I appreciate all of the support I have been recieving and look forward to the journey ahead.
