Mindfulness Chair Fit | Low intensity physical activity performed while seated includes stretching, strengthening and cardio followed by stimulating guided meditation. Chair Fit is gentle on joints and is effective for improving heart health and muscle toning. Mindfulness meditation relaxes the body and mind and helps to reduce stress. |
Mindfulness Stretching | Light stretching on yoga mat combined with guided mindfulness meditation followed by relaxing decaf hot tea to enhance your sleep and prepare you for the week. |
