The ancient art of healing sound vibrations with instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, and solfeggio pipes tuned to specific Hz frequencies to encourage healing, reduce anxiety, lower heart rate and blood pressure. Using drums can boost the immune system, lessen stress, and bring the biorhythms into sync (brain, heart, major organs and systems) using djembe, shamanic, tongue drum tones and oceanic wave drum along with other instruments that invite restoration & healing with the vibrations.
